Current Strategic Priorities

1. Runtime Stability and Operator Safety

Focus areas:

  • deployment/runtime hardening
  • docs/runbook normalization
  • post-deploy verification discipline
  • Open WebUI / OpenClaw operator safety

2. OpenClaw Integration Maturity

Focus areas:

  • normalize the OpenClaw memory/search contract
  • keep bridge/runtime truth aligned with docs and internal APIs
  • expand OpenClaw in controlled phases:
    • user assistant
    • admin observer
    • planner / dry-run
    • approved operator actions later

3. Retrieval and Schema Intelligence

Focus areas:

  • maintain and improve schema-aware retrieval / GraphRAG behavior
  • keep plain-SQL graph/edge architecture aligned with current production truth
  • avoid reintroducing stale Apache AGE-era assumptions into active docs

4. Documentation Integrity

Focus areas:

  • keep current docs evergreen and role-safe
  • archive or rewrite stale current-truth docs quickly
  • keep link-check debt low

Current Execution Model

Execution is governed by:

  • architect / executor / gatekeeper / tester role separation
  • evidence-first OUTBOX policy
  • task/phase/release GO rules

Do not use this roadmap as the source of truth for:

  • active task state
  • module activation truth
  • current production SHA or parity
